ANNOUNCEMENT ENROLLMENT SCHEDULE FOR EVEN SEMESTER ACADEMIC YEAR

Please find the following information regarding the enrollment schedule through PUIS:

THINGS TO DO BEFORE ENROLLMENT

We recommend using a PC, laptop, or tablet for a better enrollment experience.
Please make sure the below conditions are clear before enrollment schedule, otherwise your access to enrollment will be blocked.
1. Submit your Academic Consultation;
2. Your admission documents is validated by Admission Department. Morning Class admission.requirement@president.ac.id &
Evening Class admission.extension@president.ac.id; and
3. No Outstanding Payment (finance@president.ac.id).

Once you have selected and saved your subjects, your enrollment will be successful if it is validated by your Academic Advisor.

Note from Finance Department:

For those who haven’t paid the tuition fee for next semester (2023-2), you are not eligible to enroll for the upcoming semester. For
further information please contact Finance at (finance@president.ac.id or +6221 8910 9762- 63 ext. 108).

Students may enroll for stream in semester 2023-2, without
having to wait for the previous semester (2023-1) stream
grade.

27 Nov 2023 All Study Programs  Final Project/Thesis

 Extended Final Project/Thesis (1 Feb at the latest)
10 December 2023 All Study Programs Academic Leave for 2023-2
(17 January 2024 at the
latest)
1. All the enrollments should be conducted independently.
2. Any changes toward the enrollment (changing class/ schedule and drop enrollment) after
the class begins are not allowed.
3. If you haven’t enrolled/ completed academic leave validations until the semester begins, we
will send a warning letter.
4. You may experience difficulties if you do not enroll on the above schedule.
5. Late enrollment will be charged a fine of Rp25.000,-/day starting from 8 January 2024. For your
information, enrollment access will be available 24 hours upon payment on working days.
6. Access to enrollment will be closed after 17 January 2024.
7. Students participating in an ongoing Kampus Merdeka Program are still obligated to do the
enrollment for semester 2023-2 on the scheduled period (if until then, the program has not
CAUTION finished yet).
