TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Confirmation of Function Date / Timings has to be given by the party


minimum of a week in advance.

2. Menu should be given at least 3 days in advance.

3. Number of guaranteed person will be charged even if actual presence is


less in number.

4. Cancellation of booking has to be done minimum of 3 days before the


function date, else 50% of guaranteed amount shall be charged.

5. Payment Procedure: 50% of the total billing amount of guaranteed person


at the time of confirmation of the booking and balance amount before the
date of the function. Any excess to the guaranteed amount must be settled
after the function is over.

6. Accepted mode of payment: Cash/ Credit card.

7. In case of increase of guaranteed number of pax sufficient time shall be


required to make the arrangements.

8. Any type of property damage occurring due to negligence of the party shall
be borne by the party.

9. Alcohol or liquor consumption inside the hotel premises is strictly


prohibited.
