Terms & Conditions

1. All the Requirements of banquet functions, Including Menu, Seating Arrangement, Floral arrangement, and requirement of audio/visual
equipment must be finalized at least 15 working days prior to the function.
2. On the day of the function, the actual bill and any further excess amount must be settled immediately after the function.
3. The Halls are specified to a limit of a maximum 6hrs only. (08am to 03pm or 4pm to 10pm).
4. The hosts should nominate a representative to coordinate with our executive regarding setup, arrangements, plate counting, and
settlement of bills at the end of the party.
5. Food & Beverage from outside will not be allowed, as same parcels also will not be entertained.
6. Any other equipment’s like DJ, outside audio visual equipment’s, LCD WALL / LCD Panel, kid’s activities & etc. will have extra cost for
electricity of Rs. 5000 + taxes as charges for two hours.
7. Party/Function Booking can be confirmed by paying 50% of the estimated total cost as booking advance/Rest Amount should be paid 10
days prior to the Events.
8. Any damages to the hotel property by an outside contractor, Decorators, or Entertainer will be charged as per actual value to the host.
Hotel / Staffs are not responsible for the loss or damage to guest belongings (such as jewelries, mobiles, cash, vehicles, bags, clothes &
valuables etc).
9. For playing DJ or any song-related event, you must need to get approval from NOVEX COMMUNICATION. Otherwise, we would not allow
playing any songs in the Hotel premises.
10. Deposits & Advance amounts are NON-REFUNDABLE.
11. Rights of Admission are reserved.
12. Management holds the right for any consideration.
13. Parking is subject to availability for 4 wheelers and 2 wheelers.
