after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state:

1. That we are the absolute owners of one (1) parcel of land situated at Brgy.
Maitim 1ST, Amadeo, Cavite covered by Tax Declaration number 97-07243
with an area of TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY (2,250) square
meters, more or less.
2. That the said parcel of land is neither being tenanted nor cultivated by any
person or group;
3. That we are executing this Affidavit to attest the truth of the foregoing facts
and for whatever legal purpose this may serve best.
