1.Why art called Humanities?

Because humanities also include the study of arts. since humanities represents
the culture and teach us how people have created their world, and how they in
turn are created by it.
2. Why arts are important in our lives?
Arts is everywhere, from what we see, hear and touch. Without art our life
would be like a pixelated and a black & white photo that has no sense of beauty
in it. Life would be boring and unexciting because art creates different kinds of
entertainment to please our eyes and raise our emotions. Art has a lot of
purpose which we can express ourselves through different field of arts and gives
us better understanding about life.

 Aesthetic functions
 Utilitarian functions
 Cultural functions
 Social Functions
4. How will you interpret of Plato's Definition of Arts; Art brings life in harmony
with the beauty of the world.
Art creates a relationship between life and the beauty of the world and how the
art used and pleases us in our day to day living.
