WIKI FOR RESEARCH?

Wikipedia is known for being one of the most accessible online

encyclopedias on the internet. It is also known for operating an open-
source management style and is overseen by the non-profit
Wikimedia Foundation.

We can almost find any information we need on Wikipedia however

should we consider it reliable, credible, or factual? The answer is no,
because indeed wiki is a user-generated source, it can be edited
anytime and anywhere lastly, there is a possibility that the information
is biased or purposefully written incorrectly.

Research is known for the pursuit of knowledge by the use of existing

knowledge. Using unreliable sources such as Wiki in your Academic
Research already makes your paper considered unreliable. If you were
to write an Academic Research, make sure you use only facts from
reliable studies or articles to make your paper approved.

Wikipedia is a great source of basic knowledge on the internet

however using it for your Paper is not a great option because simply it
can be edited by anyone. There will always be information that will be
never free from bias and was written by a random individual on the
internet.
