1. Select a company of your choice.


2. Research and Review about the Project topic/title given below to you with reference to the

3. Find out the issues/challenges the company is facing with respect to given title, identify the
causes for those issues/challenges.
4. Discuss the solutions/steps taken to resolve the identified issues/challenges.
The structure of the report:

1. Introduction:

First the report should include introduction of given Topic and the objectives and scope of the study.

2. Literature review: Report should include the literature review of the industry and company
selected.

3. Discussion 1: Discuss the Human resource practices and policies focusing in detail about the Given
Project topic/title. Discuss in detail about the project topic given below with reference to company

4. Discussion 2: Discuss the task-3 in detail. Then the current issues faced by the company that you
have selected with respect to the given title has to be identified and root cause are also to be
identified along with the discussion.

5. Finally: Discuss task-4 (solutions, recommendations, suggestions) and give a conclusion.
