Committees:
Events – Wendy is going to look into dates for December’s holiday gathering to see what’s available

Elections/Nominations – None

Negotiations – We’re looking to see who would like to be on the committee for the upcoming
negotiations

Budget/Finance – None

Grievances – None

Liaison (Labor Mgmt) – Next meeting is in October

Newsletter – September-October newsletter was recently sent out to the members

Membership – Continuously updating

New Business:
November Conference – November 3rd-4th is the SRP conference in Corning, NY

Policy book – Jamie and Tracie attended a conference in August. One topic was having a union
policy book. A policy book would state reimbursement process, general terms of the union, etc. We’ll
work on creating a policy book this year.

Employee Survey – We’re looking to do 2-3 surveys this year. One survey will be looking for
topics/concerns regarding the contract as it will be up for negotiations in June 2025. The other
surveys will be about getting to know more about our members and to check in on our members to
see how things are going at work. We would greatly appreciate any feedback from the surveys
