I am writing to highly recommend my director, colleague and also a mentor, Marta

Rafa. I have known Marta for the past 6 years and had a pleasure of working
together.
I would like to point out Marta’s commitment and her remarkable competence in
teaching. She has always been hard-working, professional and has always fought for
high-quality education. Her lessons were interesting and effective and consequently
her learners have reached great results. I am very thankful to her, as her knowledge
rubbed off on me greatly, inasmuch as Marta was guiding me in my first years of
teaching.

I know Marta as a really versatile personality. And I find her desire for constant self-
development to be her great asset. She was one of the people I could always ask for
advice.

Also, Marta has a wonderful rapport with people, both her learners and colleagues. I
can’t but admire her ability to find an approach to everyone. She has always
promoted warm and motivational ambience in the language school.

To sum everything up, based on my experiences and school learners’ or their parents’
feedback, I have no hesitation in recommending Marta Rafa.
