- Allocate sections of the video to choreograph individually
- Learn each other's work
- Adapt the choreography to a chair
- Allocate performers, sound technician and videographer
- Rehearse a full run through of workshop

4. Filming- 09/12/22
- One full dress/tech run with camera and music
- Record workshops

5. Editing- 12/12/22
- On 16/12/22 send to Arts4Dementia

Project Aim To hold an Instagram live fundraiser

Our Bio/Page to include:
- Core values, mission statement and goals
- Links to Arts4Dementia
- Promoting DMT
- Posting teasers/footage of us rehearsing our workshops
- Introduce the team, their roles and personal information

2. Group meeting to discuss the structure of fundraiser

- Where? When?(03/02/23) What time? (12:00pm)
- Set rehearsals dates (31/01/23 in Studio 1)
- Give responsibilities out (e.g. teacher, writer, videographer, ect)

3. Rehearsal process- 31/03/23

- Creating the warm up, routine and cool down
- Rehearsing introduction and closing talk
- Catching additional footage of us rehearsing

4. Advertising
- Display fundraising posters around college
