Position Overview:
We are in search of a Senior Frontend Engineer who is not only proficient in developing high-quality user
interfaces but is also passionate about leveraging AI to automate tasks and enhance coding practices. At
Encontrack, you will be at the forefront of integrating AI-driven solutions into our frontend systems,
contributing to our mission of delivering state-of-the-art solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
● AI-Enhanced Frontend Development: Champion the incorporation of AI tools and
methodologies into our frontend coding practices.
● UI/UX Development: Design and implement user interfaces that are intuitive, responsive, and
align with modern design principles.
● Vanilla JavaScript: Write efficient and maintainable JavaScript without relying on libraries,
ensuring optimal performance.
● Reactive Programming: Utilize reactive JavaScript techniques to manage data flow and state in
our applications.
● Performance Optimization: Ensure frontend applications are optimized for speed and
adaptability across devices.
● API Integration: Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure seamless integration of services.
● Testing: Implement and maintain tests using frameworks like Enzyme, Jest, Karma, Mocha,
Jasmine, etc. Ensure that all frontend features are fully tested for functionality and compatibility.
● Code Quality: Maintain high standards of code quality, ensuring best practices and design
patterns are followed.
● Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest frontend development trends and
introduce improvements to our processes and technologies.
● Mentorship: Guide junior developers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and
improvement.
Qualifications:
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on Vanilla
JavaScript and reactive programming techniques.
● Proficiency in modern web technologies and frameworks.
● Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
● Must have extensive experience with testing frameworks such as Enzyme, Jest, Karma, Mocha,
Jasmine, etc.
● Experience with version control systems, especially Git.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
● Strong communication and teamwork skills.
● Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
