RESOLUTION PASSED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF KHAKWANI BROTHERS (PRIVATE) LIMITED AT THE

MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS HELD ON 19 JULY 2023.

BACKGROUND

KHAKWANI BROTHERS (PRIVATE) LIMITED (the “Company”) requires the approval of the Board for the use of the
Finja Business platform provided by Finja Lending Services Limited (“Finja Business”) and the appointment of
various authorized individuals to operate Finja Business on behalf of the Company.

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT:

• The Company is accorded approval for the use of Finja Business for various day-to-day operations of the
Company, including financial payments and other features provided by Finja Business.

FURTHER RESOLVED:

• Mr. Muhammad Zulaid khan Khakwani having CNIC Number 36302-9638836-7 and having Mobile
Number 03457203200 is hereby authorized and empowered to be the “Maker” for Finja Business (the
“Maker”) and perform such duties as set out in the roles.

• Mr Muhammad Zulaid khan Khakwani having CNIC Number 36302-9638836-7 and having Mobile
Number 03457203200 is hereby authorized and empowered to be the “Checker” for Finja Business (the
“Checker”) and perform such duties as set out in the roles.

• Mr. Muhammad Zulaid khan Khakwani having CNIC Number 36302-9638836-7 and having Mobile
Number 03457203200 is hereby authorized and empowered to be the “Approver” for Finja Business (the
“Approver”) and perform such duties as set out in the roles.

Copies of the aforesaid resolutions certified to be true, be furnished by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company
and same is to be entered into the records of the Company.
