3. One of the nurses responds saying that she’d be interested in working
shifts on Clipboard but wants to learn more about the app first before
downloading it. What do you do?

Hello xxx! Thank you for your interest in Clipboard Health. I understand
that you want to learn more before downloading the application and
starting to work. I am here to help you and answer any questions you
may have. Let me give you some details about how it works and benefits.
4. You have 20 calls booked in your calendar from nurses that stated they
were interested in learning more about the app. During the call you’ll be
answering any questions they may have about the app and then
encouraging them to download. However, half of the nurses haven’t
actually picked up the call so far. When you can’t reach them, the
chances of you getting them to download the app are near-zero. What do
you do?
When one of the scheduled calls is not answered, the procedure would
be as follows:

I send a follow-up email to the nurses who didn't take my call. In that
email, I remind them of their interest in learning more about the Clipboard
Health app and offer them the option to respond by email or schedule a
new call.

In addition, I send them text messages and I mention that I try to contact
them beforehand and offer them the option to reschedule a new call.
If I have additional contact information, such as social media profiles or
associated email addresses, I contact them through these platforms. I
send them direct messages on social media, explaining that I was trying
to reach them by phone and offering them the option to schedule a new
call or reply to me by private message.

5. You’re on a call with a nurse -- she teaches at a local nursing school and
her past students would love the app, but she doesn’t actually work shifts
anymore and isn’t interested in downloading Clipboard Health. What do
you do or say?

Hello xxx! I understand that you are not interested in downloading

Clipboard Health. But if there are students who could benefit from the
app, you might consider recommending it or sharing information about so
they can take advantage of it. It is possible that, even if you no longer
work shifts, you could help your former students by giving them access to
this tool that can make their job search and management easier.

If you have any other questions or concerns regarding the application or

how it could benefit your students, I will be happy to help you.

6. Half of the people you take a call with don’t seem to actually be a nurse!
Perhaps it’s because you promised them a $20 gift card if they download
the app. In order for a nurse to practice, they must be licensed. A nurse’s
license information is publicly available on a website such as this one.
What are the steps you take to ensure you’re only getting nurses that are
licensed to download the app?

To ensure we hire only licensed nurses, Clipboard Health has a rigorous vetting
process.

a- I ask interested nurses to provide details about their nursing license, such as
license number and issuing state.

b- I use public information and official online databases to verify the validity of
nursing licenses. In some cases, when online verification is not enought, we
communicate directly with the boards.
c- I regularly carry out license verification to detect any changes or expiration of
the license and ensure that all nursing professionals are duly qualified.
Our purpouse is to ensure that only properly licensed nursing professionals can
use our services.
