Seminar- Workshop on Hosting School Events and
Program Title
Proper Etiquette and Precedence
This 2-day live-in seminar-workshop on hosting school
events and proper etiquette and precedence aims to
Program Description upskill our program host and other prospective hosts in
the proper conduct of the important and formal events
of the school
All schools have 3 participants each:
Prerequisites 1 School Head
Teachers ( Hosts/Protocol Officer)

Management of Level District
This seminar-workshop shall be facilitated by the
Delivery Mode selected group of speakers who were trained on hosting
and proper etiquette and precedence.
Participants to this 1-day workshop are as follows:
3 speakers
18 school heads
Target Personnel
39 Teachers
1 PSDS
61 Participants
The amount of 11,480.00 shall be allocated to defray
Budget Requirements expenses for 1 day training. The allocation is taken from
the school MOOE.
Rationale As viewed as model of excellence in the community in
terms of conducting program and big events but due to
the hiatus brought about by the pandemic, COVID-19,
these school programs such as graduation ceremonies
were limited to virtual proceeding thus limiting the
attendees to avoid congestion and the fear of spreading
the virus, the usual way of conducting the ceremonies
was not properly followed. Since we are back to
normalcy, we are to make sure that what our schools
will deliver follow the correct, proper and fitting to the
occasion they are holding for the community to look
up.
To upskill the participants the proper way of hosting

II. Proram Content


This seminar -workshop is focused on the upskilling the participants of the correct and proper
conduct of hosting school program and events like graduation. And do the re-echo to the school
level to all teachers.
