KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WE, DAHLIA D. DELOSO married to Ernesto S. Deloso, Jr., DENIS F. DAÑOS

married to Vivian S. Daños, and HENRY F. DAÑOS, all of Legal Age, Filipinos, and
residents of Koronadal City, South Cotabato, hereinafter referred to as the
MORTGAGORS;

I, JOSE ARIEL L. RIVERA, of legal age, a Filipino, married and a resident of

Koronadal City, South Cotabato, hereinafter referred to as the MORTGAGEE;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, The MORTGAGORS, are the true and lawful owners of a portion of
a parcel of land more particularly described in Original Certificate of Title No. P-10408:

Lot No. 1020-C, Cad-6692-D

“Beginning at a point Marked “1” of Lot 1020-C, Cad-6692-

D being N. 27-27 E. 5636.88 m. from Triangulation Station
“Tukadilas”, thence S. 53-43 W. 207.99 m. to point 2; N. 27-
32 W., 95.43 m. to point 3; N. 52 -22 E., 206.46 m. to point
4; S. 28-52 E., 100.00 m. to point 1; point of beginning.
Containing an area of TWENTY THOUSAND (20,000)
square meters more or less."

their interests therein covering TEN THOUSAND (10,000) SQUARE METERS, more or
less, together with all the improvements thereon, herein collectively referred to as the
PROPERTY.

WHEREAS, the MORTGAGORS have received a loan from the MORTGAGEE

in the sum of SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (₱600,000.00) Philippine Currency,
Provided, however, that the MORTGAGORS, their heirs or assigns, shall pay, or cause
to be paid to the MORTGAGEE the abovementioned sum after the period of FIVE (5)
Years from date hereof;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the Loan stated in Paragraph 2

hereof, and by way of security therefor, The MORTGAGORS hereby constitute a real
estate mortgage in favor of the MORTGAGEE, Provided, that when the
MORTGAGORS, their heirs or assigns, shall have paid or caused to have paid their
obligations stated above within the time period stated above, this Mortgage shall cease
to have any force and effect, otherwise, otherwise it shall remain in full force and effect
and shall be enforceable in the manner provided for by law.
