Service Personnel observation: We checked the 8 parameters performance of the instrument and
found the 5 parameters of TDS, Turbidity, Chloride, Hardness, Sulphate are working found ok but
other 3 parameters of pH, Alkalinity, Calcium readings are inappropriate.

Action Taken and comments:

Checked the instrument found the following spares are need to be replace:
1. pH electrode 2. Alkalinity electrode 3. Calcium electrode 4. EW6422-02 Tubing 2meters
5. Bioprene pump element
Will send the estimation by mail then after receiving purchase order from your end will process the service.
