received via e-mail seeking clarification on significant increase in volume of Company’s shares
across Exchanges, in the recent past.

In this regard, we wish to inform you that the Company has made all the necessary disclosures
pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,
2015 and we do not have any information and announcement (including impending
announcement) which, in our opinion, may have a bearing on the volume / price behavior in our
scrip.

The Company is not aware of any information that led to the movement in the volume of the
shares of the Company.
