COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course deals with the educational foundations of arts as these apply to teaching and
learning in the elementary grades. Various teaching strategies and assessment appropriate for
each area shall be given emphasis in this course.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES:

2. Define and demonstrate the elements and principles of design
3. Explain and evaluate different theories of art
