human needs.

Importance of Land Use

Land use might not seems like the most exciting topic, but's important to study. First, it tells us
great deal about the governments making the decisions for land use and the priorities they
hold. Also, the better we understand the way the world has been adapted to human needs, and
in what it patters, the more we can predict future tends. And, the better we can predict the
future land use, the more we can prepare for negative impact.

Decision making and processes in land use

The outcomes of the land-use decision are coded as one of the following land-use change
processes, deforestation, reforestation, agricultural land abandonment, land degradation,
urbanization, agricultural intensification, and agricultural disintegration.
