 Vision- a sense of direction on what the school hopes to accomplish

for itself, for the staff and students and for the community or society.
 Values- it provides framework for organizational culture and behaviour
of the entire school.
 Leadership- provides administrative and management support for the
day-to-day activities and functions of the school.
 Culture- it pertains to shared values and behaviours of students,
teachers, staff, and School Administration.

5-10. List down the six megatrends that continues to shape and influence our
society.

 Regulatory changes and complexity.

b). Essay Questions:

As an agent of social change, the school must undertake the 10

characteristics. Explain briefly the following characteristics. Five points each for every
number.
 1. The classroom atmosphere must be mentally and emotionally engaging for
learning.
- Many say that don’t study inside your bedroom because you’ll be
distracted and tempted to crawl and sleep on your bed. Classrooms
should also have a vibes that learners will feel that they are in school
and aren’t home. The decorations around the classroom must be
related to education for them to feel that they are really in a classroom
and should also be eye-catching for the students. Having creative
designs on classrooms can attract the attention of the students. It
sometimes prevent boredom and they’ll feel the vibes and would be
encouraged to study and do school activities.
2. The school must have a system to recognize good works and other
achievements.
- Recognitions are very important to appreciate the efforts of the
students and teachers. It helps to boost the self-confidence of the
learners. It’ll motivate and encourage them to do well on their studies.
It also gives inspiration to everyone. It would also make the Parents
knew how their child progressed and improve. They’ll know the
performance of their child and be proud to their success and
achievements.
