WEB BASED PACKERS AND MOVERS

Introduction of project

The Movers and Packers systems have emerged recently with the development of Global Positioning
System (GPS), mobile communication technologies, sensor and wireless networking technologies.
The Movers and Packers systems are very important as they can contribute to several benefits such as
suggesting right places for getting customers, increasing revenue of truck drivers, reducing waiting
time, traffic jams as well as minimizing fuel consumption and hence increasing the number of trips
the drivers can perform.
The main purpose of this system would be supplying required vehicles that would be used to
meet customer demands through the planning, control and implementation of the effective movement
and storage of related information and services from origin to destination. Logistics management
refers to the responsibility and management of design and administer systems to control the
movement and geographical positioning of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished inventories
at the lowest total cost. Logistics involves the management of order processing, inventory,
transportation, and the combination of warehousing, materials handling, and packaging, all integrated
throughout a network of facilities.

IT HAS THE FOLLOWING FEATURES -

The objective of the proposed system is to provide best possible logistics services to the customer at
lowest cost as well as allowing the customer to trace the current location of vehicle on the map.

Existing System & Need of the Our System

In existing System To solve the issues of the traditional movers and packers systems, a web based
solution has been proposed that will allow both the customers and the service providers to track the
vehicles while transportation and also helps to provide best services to the customers at lowest cost by
recommending only available service providers at preferred cost.

Limitations of Existing system

The limitations of existing system are as follows:

1. There is no any Logistics systems have emerged recently with the development of Global
Positioning System (GPS), mobile communication technologies and wireless networking
technologies.
2. Logistic management systems are very important as they can contribute to several benefits
such as suggesting right places for getting Customer, increasing revenue to drivers, reducing
waiting time hence increasing the number of trips the drivers can perform but its not happened
in existing system.

3. The main purpose of Logistics management is to supply transportation vehicles that are used
to meet customer demands through the planning, control and implementation of the effective
movement and storage of related information and services from origin to destination. Which is
completely absent in existing system.
4. The existing system does not focuses on delivery of goods, raw materials, shifting home
appliances, furniture while relocation.

PROPOSED SYSTEM

The proposed system works on customer entered query places to order vehicle. The system
automatically mined customer and vehicle, routes topical preferences including the topical cost, time.
It provides transportation to customer by considering load and cost and time. On the basis of the
above definitions, our problem statement is solvable in polynomial time by deterministic Turing
machine hence it is said to be NP-Problem. Logistic Management systems have emerged recently

Non-functional requirements
There are requirements that are not functional in nature. Specifically, these are the constraints
the system must work within. The CMS must be compatible with all latest web browsers & it should
be responsive. It must be fast enough to be opened on low speed internet.

Functional Requirement Specification

The web based CMS should be broadly designed and developed into various modules like
Engineering, Account, Sales & Admin module.

Interface Requirements:

1. Customer:

The Customer will perform following functions:

• Registration ();

• Login ();

• View vehicle();

• place order();

• track vehicle();

2.Provider

• Registration ();

• Login ();

• Add Vehicle();

• View customer request();

• Add customer complaint();

3.Admin:

• Login ();
• view Customer();

• View Provider();

• view new vehicle request();

4. Website
 Home;
 About Us
 Contact Us;
 Services.

2.6 Performance Requirements

The performance of the system will recommend vehicle within time. Software quality attributes such
as availability :

Capacity

Capacity of project according to data it is very less..

Availability

Proposed system will available on android application.

Reliability

System is reliable for Recommendation while donating something to orphanages.

Security

User when login to system that time users Mail Id and password match accurately.

2.1 Implementation of the System/Module-

In this System there are five main modules and some sub-modules which come under these main
modules and that are as follows:

 Customers: Customer view all vehicle provided by service provider and place order
according to requirement.
 Service Provider: Authorized service provider will register vehicle in system. service
provider will provide all details regarding vehicle and driver.
 Admin: Administrative module is used to monitoring on customer and service provider as
well as admin provide authentication to service provider.
