SUBJECT : Notice to Explain

DATE : January 29, 2024

1. References :

a. Violation of the company rules and regulation.

b. Guidelines and SOP of Sagittarius Security Agency
c. IRR on RA 11917.

2. It has been reported to this office that on January 26, 2024 you have shown
disrespect and misconduct towards a member of OIC Aglayan Branch which is a clear
violation of the company policy and guidelines of Sagittarius Security Agency. In a complaint
written to the OIC management, it was averred that you communicated with a certain
member in a discourteous/rude manner. The actions you have shown to our client on that
particular date are very much against the policies of this agency and more so on the IRR of
11917.
.
3. In view thereof and in the interest of achieving fair adjudication of guards’ noted
infractions, you are all hereby directed to submit written explanations upon receipt of this
memorandum.

4. Failure or non-compliance with this memorandum is a sufficient valid ground for

imposition of appropriate sanctions against erring security personnel.
