JUSTIFICATION

This is to justify the CSSU-CDO request of procurement of an Office Desktop

Table. Currently, CSSU-CDO has 4 staffs and the unit only have three (3) Office
Desktop Table. One of the staff has been using an old small table which is not
suitable for a working area. Significantly speaking, the CSSU has a lot of records
and documents going in and out and a staff would appropriately need a suitable
place to work.
