CONSENT ORDER

Kindly record the following Order by consent of the parties;-

By consent of the parties herein;
The Motor Vehicle in question being Motor Vehicle registration number KBL
434M/ZD 3850 together with container number MSDU 1506462 all
detained at Makindu Police Station shall be released on the following terms;
1. THAT Motor Vehicle in question being Motor Vehicle registration
number KBL 434M/ZD 3850 together with container number MSDU
1506462 loaded thereupon be photographed by the scenes of crime
personnel.
2. THAT the director does record a statement with the DCI Makindu.

3. THAT the Interested Party/Applicant does avail ownership documents

of the prime mover and trailer together with the CR12 of the
Company.
4. THAT the Prime mover/trailer shall not be transferred or in any way
shall the Interested Party/Applicant part ownership with the same
pending hearing and determination of the suit.
5. THAT the Prime Mover/trailer be availed as and when required by
Court.
