The Commission Regulation (EC) No 1881/2006 of 19 December 2006

setting maximum levels for certain contaminants in foodstuffs and the German
Regulation on Aflatoxins (Aflatoxinverbotsverordnung), as of July 19th, 2000,
addresses the manufacturer of finished product and not the manufacturer or
supplier of raw materials used for production.
In his production process the manufacturer must not use materials with
contaminant contents higher than certain limits set by the above-mentioned
regulations.
As a supplier of raw materials, we have neither influence on the storage
conditions outside our premises nor on further production conditions and can,
therefore, not guarantee the absence of mycotoxins.
Analytical tests regarding the determination of mycotoxins are not carried out
routinely, unless specifically mentioned below.

This is to certify that the above-mentioned product is synthetically

manufactured.
To the best of our knowledge and based on information on the manufacturing
procedures, the presence of mould and contamination is unlikely.
