Abstract—This paper proposes a hybrid design for water measuring voltage and current values to get the maximum

PV panels chopper DC motor shown in Fig. 5. That system consists mainly of synchronous
circuit and pump condenser, asynchronous generator, and wind turbine. The
wind turbine operation is linked to wind speed value. Figs. 6
shows the block of the three-phase rectifier (for converting AC
Voltage voltage to DC voltage) that is used to provide the necessary DC
regulator voltage for operating the DC water pump motor after stepping
down the AC voltage using the three-phase transformer.

III. THE PROPOSED SYSTEM AND SIMULATION RESULTS

The blocks of the PV panel system with the MPPT are
shown in Fig. 2. The values of the irradiance were chosen
randomly to demonstrate the stability of the output voltage
since using random values refers to different weather
conditions that may happen at any time during the day (Fig. 3).
Fig. 4 shows the voltage regulator that is used to provide the
necessary DC voltage for recharging the battery bank.

The overall proposed system diagram is shown in Fig. 8.

The power output in kw for the solar PV panels is shown in
Fig. 9. It can be noted that the maximum power is close to 38
kw which occurs at the location of the peak as per the solar
irradiance output. The minimum power is close to 1 kw when
the solar irradiance value is very low. The output voltages of
the solar PV panels and the voltage regulator are shown in

irradiance variations. The voltage regulator block deals with
this variation by providing a range between 11.9 v and 13 v
which is suitable for the operation of the DC water pumps.
