Sir / Mam,

You have sanctioned a Agri loan to Mrs Balamani, W\o.(L)Balasubramaniam, ( Aadhaar n o : 8166
2007 8395 ) and Mrs.Madhupriya W\o.R.Ashok , ( Aadhaar no : 7017 2373 2504 Mobile : 98436
54222 ) both residing at 2/3 Kalikandi garden , Velampatti, Tiruppur-641665 for Rs 5,62,800 /- on 7 th
Aug 2018 against MOD for Agri loan registering at Sub register office , Thottipalayam, Document No:
3103 of 2018 against Punja land 6.86 ½ Acre situated at North Avinashipalayam village,
S.F.NO.52/1A, 52/1C , Tiruppur.

I hereby declare that the above said borrowers had submitted forged documents and hide many
facts illegally to obtain the loan .

In the MOD SCHEDULE B, S.NO :1. The submitted registered partition deed between
Late.Balasubramaniam and his son B.Sivakumar and daughter Madhupriya is void & illegal because I
(S Rukmani ) along with my sister Late. S Palanathal and above said Late. Balasubramaniam are legal
heirs of our father Late Ramasamy gounder and hence coparceners of the above mentioned
ancestral property . Late Balasubramaniam cannot unilaterally partition the property without our
consent. Moreover myself and along with my sister Late Palanathal have filed a suit in THE COURT
OF 1 ADDITIONAL DISTRICT JUDGE OF TIRUPUR, O.S.NO 252 in the year 2016 against this partition
deed and seeking 2/3 rd share of the property . Herewith I have attached the proof of civil suit . .

In the MOD SCHEDULE B, S.NO :3. The submitted Legal heir ship certificate of Ramasamygounder is
illegal, I have attached the legal heir ship certificate which was applied and received by the same
Late.Balasubramaniam.

In the MOD SCHEDULE B, S.NO :8. Enjoyment certificate issued in the name of Balamani and her
daughter Madhupriya is also false .

Further it is to be noted that the borrowers had purposefully forged the documents even after
knowing that the dispute is in the court from 2016 and is a punishable offence to borrow money
from bank pledging false documents and hiding the dispute. I believe that the borrower’s intension
is to disrupt our court proceedings by encumber the property with bank but it is to be noted that
this act will never affect our suit in any manner or our 2/3 rd share in the property. It is also to be
noted that the Borrowers did this act with another private bank in Tirupur using our another
ancestral property by Mortgage Deed , getting a loan of 40,00,000 ( Rupees forty lakhs ) .

I hereby declare that the above mentioned partition deed does not in any way bind me or my
sister’s share in any manner as we are not parties in the said partition deed or the MOD. Moreover
the MOD does not bind me or my sister in any manner as it is fundamentally wrong as the
borrowers had made forgery and false document which are punishable under section 463, 464 and
465 of IPC . I have no objection if you intend to blacklist above borrowers and block them from
further borrowing or indulge in any other banking activities and also take criminal action against
them to recover your funds .
