Delivery Head – Hexagon Safety , Infrastructure & Geospatial Division , India

Hexagon India is seeking an experienced professional to manage and oversee the end-to-end
delivery of its products and services to clients. This leadership position involves strategic planning,
operational execution, team management, and client relationship management to ensure timely and
successful delivery as per the customer contractual requirements and aligned with organization's
goals.
This role reports to the President, Hexagon India and shall require strategic thinking, exceptional
leadership skills, and the ability to balance client needs with operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:


- Operational Execution
o Oversee project management, ensuring projects are executed within scope, timeline, and
budget.
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, design, quality assurance,
and support to ensure seamless delivery.
o Lead project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members.
o Manage project resources, ensuring efficient utilization and allocation.
o Identify cost-saving opportunities and maintain financial control for delivery.
o Work on optimized resource mix models and allocation
o Monitor and analyze delivery performance against agreed contractual requirements and
report progress dashboards.
- Project Planning, Execution and Monitoring
o Allocate resources effectively to ensure project demands are met while optimizing
resource utilization.
o Develop a detailed project plan outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and dependencies.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
o Monitor project progress against the plan, tracking milestones and adjusting as
necessary.
o Proactively identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation plans.
o Ensure milestone based KPI’s are met to enable payment collection as per schedule
- Client Relationship Management
o Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and
ensuring exceptional service delivery.
o Build strong client relationships by maintaining regular communication, addressing
concerns, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
o Handle client escalations and collaborate with internal teams to find timely solutions
- Team Management
o Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project implementation and product / software
development.
o Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and facilitate professional
development.
o Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment that encourages team
productivity and growth.

Key Skills required:

o Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering


o Total experience of 25+ years out of which 10+ years in a leadership role within project
management, service delivery, or related areas.
o Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools.
o Should have good knowledge of partner ecosystem in the technology domain required to
support project delivery
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
o Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
o Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage client expectations effectively.
o Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and developing teams.
o Industry certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Agile certifications are a plus.
