PQE: 2 - 5 years

 Part of a team which is responsible for:

(i) leading significant strategic change projects across the Firm

(ii) drive business development efforts of the Firm
(iii) enhance the Firm’s profile with efficient internal and external communication

Key Responsibility Areas:

The incumbent will be expected to:

 Provide support for client meeting preparations (pitches & presentations);

 Working on Firm-wide GTM strategy
 Responsible for activities like Company Research, Market Research
(domain/competitors/prospect customer business/product analysis), Contact profiling,
Database generation, Case Study, Presentation
 Conduct primary and secondary research to assess the impact of change in market
dynamics on the organizations
 Prepare presentations to provide insights into assigned industries to help to understand
business trends, growth drivers – PowerPoint and Storyboarding
 Submission of Proposals and bids to prospective clients
 Capturing & updating Economic, Financial data on an ongoing basis future research
assignment
 Enhance the Firm’s tracking tools on relationships in various markets and monitor
activity with them on an ongoing basis;
 Support other verticals from the Business Development team on a need basis
(marketing, communication, research, data analytics, relationships with foreign firms)

Competencies:

 Ability to interact, challenge and influence credibly at senior levels

 Autonomy and ability to run multiple projects at the same time
 Project management

Education and prior experience:

(M.B.A), preferably in business from a tier I college

Prior experience in a professional services firm
