TheCore council atThe Indian School of Business (ISBF) organizes 'Xenia- Cultural fest' annually.
Many years after its inception,'Xenia’ has become India's largest youth-led cultural festival. Being one of
the most popular fests among college students across Delhi due to its extensive outreach and its
unequaled Artist line-up, Xenia has been in the spotlight since its existence. The list of renowned
celebrities that have graced us with their presence and the multitude and variety of formal and informal
events that were conducted made it possible for us to reach a nationwide audience.

Moving forward, we will be hosting our Flagship Event, Xenia’24. TheXenia'24 fest will be organized on
the 9th &10th of February. Keeping this in mind, we need sponsors to facilitate our event. This request
is towards your firm SBI Bank for collaborating with us as our Title partner.

We provide the following provisions:

• Display of SBI Bank Ltd logos on all the banners of Xenia’24.
• We aim to publicize the company through all the social media Handles with our reach of over
600,000.
• Display of company logo on our Website for a year.
• We will display a corporate video of SBI Bank Ltd or on a cause backed by the company to
play before the release of the leading artist.
• Company ads on the fest page.
• Display on all Standees.
• Testimonials for your bank.
• Logo inclusion in all the fest advertisements..
• Special Mentions of SBI Bank Ltd in the teaser, and official after-movie of the Fest.
• Opportunity to provide Campus Ambassadors: We would be providing students who are
involved in student council, clubs, and organizations, as they have good communication and
leadership skills, and ensure that the students understand what their role as campus
ambassadors for SBI will be and what is expected out of them.

We shall be grateful if SBI Bank could provide us a monetary fund of Rs. 1,25,000 for smooth conduction
of fest.
