I like the character Ausable from the short story "The Midnight Visitor " because

he shows that you should never judge a book by its cover.

1. In the story, he was a fat man and a secret agent on top of that. So, I thought
about how he became a secret agent with such traits.
2. Whenever we say that a person is a secret agent, we think he is a skilled
martial artist, womanizer, multi-lingual, etc. But Ausable is none of them mention

3. But when a situation came, he handled it with such swiftness and proved me
wrong.
4. It influenced me that we should never judge anyone before frankly knowing them
and one should be confident in his/her own skill without the fear of being judged
