Grade 12 Excursion (compulsory) 20 April 2023

Dear Parent/Guardian

The school has planned a trip to join the University of Johannesburg art theatre centre on the 02nd of May
2023. The trip is a unique opportunity for your child to gain experience and knowledge off their current
literature Drama Othello which is part of their matric syllabus. This play will be performed live on stage which
will improve their understanding of the play.

We are certain that this trip will be informative and beneficial to the learning of your child.

To make sure that your child has an unforgettable experience, we seek your assistance in the following:

❖ Make sure that your child wears full school uniform.

❖ Let us know about any underlying health conditions such as allergy and medication.
❖ phones allowed. (At your own risk)

Depart from Soshanguve at 07:30 am (normal school hours) to the Johannesburg art theatre and come back
at approximately around 17:00pm.

The learners will receive a burger, chips, and drink, for lunch please be punctual on the time of departure.
The buses will not wait for any late arrivals.

PAYMENT WILL BE ADDED TOGETHER WITH THE APRIL SCHOOL FEES DEDUCTION

Please ensure that your child is on time to avoid disappointment and make proper transport
arrangements for your child to be collected on time. Cancelation fees are non-refundable.
