students at CWPC. This will give a better understanding to the researchers the difference of eating

The purpose of this study is to identify the correlation between morning nutrition choices and
cognitive function among Grade 11 students at CWPC, determine the extent to which different
nutritional habits affect cognitive performance, and value the importance of promoting healthy
morning nutrition for improved academic outcomes.

Objectives:

This research is conducted to identify the relationship between skipping breakfast and cognitive
function among Grade 11 students, determine the impact of not eating breakfast on students'
academic performance and general well-being, and value the importance of promoting healthy
morning nutrition habits among students at CWPC.
