The old woman talks about not being included in the Social Amelioration Program of the
government. We can not quickly judge why she was not included but it could two things.
First is that maybe the old woman is rich enough that the local government did not include
her in the list of prioritized people. Second is maybe the local government corrupted the list
of people to whom the SAP fund is allocated.
For most of the people with really low income, the SAP is very important for them to survive
the pandemic for a few days. Not receiving it although some families they know have
received it is really disturbing and it makes me angry that the local government really has
the means to make money for the people.
For the second and fifth image
The father is worried about not receiving relief goods from the government. Another
scenario that is really heartbreaking during this pandemic that some fathers or
breadwinners are out of jobs. They don't have the means to provide for the family and only
rely on the relief goods.

Young people singing fondly about the lockdown. It seems that for fortunate people, the
lockdown and ECQ is a way for them to have a break from being physically present at
school and in the office.

People are not following the social distancing rule in a very crowded market. This is really
evident in the market whenever I try to visit the wet market, everything seems to be normal
like there is no pandemic happening.

For the sixth image

Public transportations are unavailable especially during hard lockdowns or Enhanced
community quarantine. This rule has handicapped businesses as the employees will not be
able to go to the office due to this ruling. At the same time, Jeepney and taxi drivers became
out of work.

For the seventh image

The military personnel is strictly implementing the use of face masks and face shields.
