The QMC will furnish the necessary transportation. Travel by privately


owned conveyance is authorized.

It being impracticable for the Government to furnish cooking facilities for


rations; the QMC will furnish meal tickets, under the provisions of AR 30-2215,
dated August 1, 1941, for five (5) EM for seven (7) meals (a total of 35 meals) at a
rate not to exceed $0.75 per meal per man nor to exceed $1.00 per meal per man
if taken on a dining car.

Detached service for four (4) days is authorized if travel is performed by


privately owned conveyance. If travel is by privately owned conveyance, the
Finance Department will pay, in advance, the monetary travel allowances as
prescribed by Table II, Par 2a, AR 35-4520, at the rate of $2.25 per day per man
for five (5) men for two and one third (2 1/3) days for rations .

arrival thereat, July 18, 1942, to the CO, Antiaircraft Artillery School, for the
purpose of attending the Officer Candidate Division, Antiaircraft Artillery School,
Class 27.

Artillery School, Camp Davis, North Carolina, effective upon date of departure
from this station.
