AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, Ms. Lia Na Mabaho, of legal age, single, resident of Purok Loc-ong, Poblacion, Bontoc,
Mountain Province, after having sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state that:

1. I was present and arrived at the crime scene just after the commission of the crime
committed by the suspect against the victim and I was able to personally saw the act of
suspect putting on his underwear and pants.
2. On December 5, 2023 at around 10:00 o’clock in the evening, Jerma Espero, the victim,
Reynald Mangsi, the suspect and I were drinking inside the victim’s boarding house
located at Purok Loc-ong, Poblacion, Bontoc, Mountain Province.
3. At 12:00 o’clock of the same day and at the same place after finishing the 4 bottles of
2x2 San Miguel, I decided to go home leaving the two, Jerma Espero and Reynald
Mangsi.
4. Just after I arrived at my boarding house, I noticed that my purse was missing and I knew
that I forgot at the place of Jerma Espero. I decided to go back at her place but the door
was locked and as I glimpsed on the open window I saw Reynald Mangsi rushing to put
on his underwear and pants while Jerma Espero was unconsciously lying half naked on
her bed.
5. I ran and call for help at the Bontoc Municipal Police Station, under the supervision of
PLTCOL ALLEX D NALILIGO, responded at the crime scene but the suspect was already
gone.

I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and to support the filing of
Criminal Case of Rape against Reynald Mangsi, the suspect.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereby affix my signature this 6th day of December 2023 at Bontoc,
