During the meeting of the church officers of Comagaycay Seventh Day Adventist, a company duly
organized and existing since 2011, whose address is Comagaycay, San Andres, Catanduanes, held at the
stated address in the 13th day of January 2018.This resolution has been agreed and made by the church
members:

WHEREAS, the church officer agreed to open a bank account in order for the church fund to be more
safe and to use the bank account as a medium to those who want to donate money for the church
building.

WHEREAS, the church officers further agreed that following signatories are authorized to open a bank
account, deposit and withdraw from the account in behalf of the church.

WHEREAS, the church officer further agreed to open an account in Camalig Bank located in Divinorostro,
San Andres, Catanduanes.
