Please be advised that as per VR records, the subject deck cargo barge with Port of
Registry — Sai Gon, Vietnam has a class notation of:
*VJ?J] Deck Cargo Barge
We also note from our records that the barge is unmanned and not propelled by
mechanical means.
Accordingly, we confiuiji that the barge is not subject to SOLAS 1974 (as
amended) as per Chapter 1, Part A, Regulation 3 and hence no SOLAS certificates
are applicable.
