Duties:
Propose, leading and responsible for the company's concrete sales department in the North
Area (Sales Revenue, Margin, EBITDA, Cash Flow, Collection, Market share).
Market understanding and coordinating with Sika Lab. to launch new products and technical
solutions for customers on concrete admixture and cement griding aid products.
Setup, develop new accounts and expand distributors network in the North area. Training
for new accounts and distributors to grow sales revenue as annual target plan.
Propose sales objectives, price plan, collection plan of North Concrete Sales Area in
accordance with Company’s annual strategy.
Cultivate the relationship, identify opportunities, increase sales with PMU, Designers, Project
Contractors, Cement Factories as well as key decision makers from the customer-side.
Monthly working with Factory manager to control product forecast, inventory, supply chain,
purchase plan.
Outcomes:
Annual Sales revenue reached 102% – 103% compared to last year in COVID time.
Mitsubishi Elevator Vietnam Co., Ltd (Member of MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC) – major in elevator
new sales and maintenance sales with the total employees amounting to 350 persons.
Duties:
Leading the company's sales department in the North Area for efficient operation and
achieving the Company annual sales targets.
Setting sales objectives and targets of North Sales Area in accordance with Company’s
strategy and plan.
Working with Factories in Thai Lan, Japan, Korea on Supplying chain and Purchasing plan.
Outcomes:
Achieved Star Performance Award for outstanding sales results for 2018, 2019.
Duties:
Be responsible to meet the assigned target (sales, revenue and collection) for the whole
company.
Be responsible for developing sales and marketing strategy, short term and long-term plan
for the company.
Responsible to make sure the proposal, Profit & Loss approval for each order, bidding
documents, sales contract and sales collection strictly follow the company procedures and
within timeline.
