Introduction:

This concept paper aims to provide a brief description and analysis of a student’s artwork focused on the
theme of global warming. The artwork showcases the student’s utilization of various elements of art,
principles of design, the rule of thirds, transcreation, the soulmaking process, and acts of appropriation
in their performance task.

1.)Brief Description of the Artwork:

1. The artwork depicts the alarming issue of global warming and its impact on the environment.
The student artist skillfully combines vibrant colors, intricate details, and symbolism to convey
the message effectively. The painting portrays a scene of a melting globe. The composition draws
the viewer’s attention to the central image of globe whose too much polluted. The background
showcases dark color, representing the impending danger and urgency of the situation.

2). Utilization of Elements of Art:

a. Color: The artist employs a contrasting color of dark blue and green and warm tones of orange and red
to represent the destructive effects of global warming. This contrast enhances the visual impact of the
