practice of the industry? Because in education, especially in B.Ed. college, we train them in a planned way.
So before entering the classroom, they have to prepare a plan, year plan, unit plan, lesson plan. Through that
they will not waste more time in the classroom. Then they can understand that what exactly student is required,

student is needed. Through that they can teach in a proper way. That's why everybody should be trained.
That's what we are importing here in education institution. Can you tell me sir, what are the departments?
Department like mathematics, social studies, physical science, English. Like that, six departments are there in

options can students choose after doing this B.Ed. course? They can go for teacher,

they can go for the counsellor. It is useful to them like formal, informal, non-formal education. They can
guide. Rather than untrained students, they will guide properly. Sir. So that's why training is required. They
can go for even teacher, teaching profession, counsellor, counselling profession. They can go, they can
counsell them. Then they can take any education consultancy, they can start. There are different careers out
there.

They are able to start separate education institutions. They can start. In private or government? They can
apply. They can apply. Yes, nice. So is there any higher education available after B.Ed. course, sir? They
can go for M.Ed. If they go for M.Ed., they can become a lecturer in B.Ed. colleges. Oh, nice. Like that. They
can go for university professors, they can opt for that one. College of education, university college of
education, they can also select there. If they provide all the counsellor, PhD.

If they go for further programs like PhD, they can go for that one. University professors also. Nice, nice.
After M.Ed. After B.Ed. and M.Ed. Yes. Okay, sir. How did you train yourself to deliver this program to
students? This is actually students, they are supposed to be trained in a proper way that with what is there,
actually a farmer, you take a farmer, before going for the plantation or harvesting,

this soil is suitable or not, they have to verify. Like that, teacher also, they should be suitable that the students
are interested towards this methodology, towards the skill, then automatically they can invent new methods in
that field. That's what student is interested towards especially only for advanced techniques instructions. In
such way, you have to teach them. Somebody is interested towards mathematics development, we have to
teach them mathematics, so that they can create miracles in the subject.

Yes, sir. So firstly, you will observe what is the interest of the student. Yes, interest of the student, whether
interest in computer, advanced techniques of instruction, or like curriculum development, or like teaching aids
investment, new methods, then through that we will give them only teaching aids only. Yes, sir. In computer
advanced technology, through that we will instruct them. Sure, sir. What are the challenges you are facing in a
PD college as a vice principal? How do you tackle that? Generally,

what main problem we are facing that students are interested towards earning money, that's how can, what will
be my future after the beard, can I get a good job like 40,000, 50,000 compared to a software job? That is the
problem we are facing. Maximum students are interested towards software job because high salaries. Sir.
Teacher jobs, if you go for private job, the maximum they may pay 20,000, 30,000. Yes. Whereas software
jobs starting only 6 lakh packets, 50,000, 70,000, per annum 6,000, 7 lakh they are getting.

 Whereas in schools, they don't get that much of packages. They should have interest that like passion towards
working in a school, that is important rather than salaries. Yes, yes. That's one. Compared to a software job,
it's not that much of this one. But you will get some satisfaction here. Yes, sir. That's what they should
develop, students. They should develop, yes. That is the challenge you are facing. Yes, that is the problem.
Okay. After beard, can I get 60,000 salary, 70,000 salary, students are asking.

But we cannot get that much of salary. In any private school, private organization, they will pay starting 20,
30. Afterwards, if you prove yourself, you may get 60,000, 70,000 also. That's right. Got it, sir. You know,
do we get any placement assistant or do we get any placement from this college, sir? Yes, placements. Many
organizations are coming. Like we said just now, I got a call from PACE organization. Sir. They want to
come to the school, college. They want to conduct interviews, placements.

But nowadays, there is a lot of demand is there for students, beard students, lot of demand is there.
Everybody is placing, they are getting placements. Sir. Though they are getting less salary, they are getting
placements. Thanks, sir. So, are there any guidance services available to students to help them make informed
career choices? Yeah, not like generally they will ask us. Yes, sir. There is no such a particular branch or a
person to give guidance or counseling.

But all lectures, we are responsible with that, what to do after beard, they ask us. Then we are guiding them.
No, no, you do like this. Prepare NET, TET examination. Prepare for MED, prepare for groups. You can
apply for international schools. If necessary, we will recommend. We will give testimonial certificates also.
We will give them. Personally, you will take care. If they have any doubts, sir, you will clear the... We
recommend also. Some organizations will call us. If there is any right candidate, you send here. We will
appoint as principal, vice principal. Then we will recommend them for right candidates.

Okay, nice, sir. That kind of facilities also... Presidents also. Presidents also. That's very nice, sir. Any
insights into how your institute could be more welcoming to students of different races or economic
backgrounds? It's not like that. It's a pure private organization. We will help them in educational purpose.
Financial background, we cannot help them. Yes, sir. They have to pay fees what are prescribed by the college.
It's too poor, like they can't pay anything. In such case, management, we can recommend them.

They are very poor, they can't pay some development fees or like that. But tuition fees, no concession.
Everybody has to pay. What is the fee structure of this college, sir? There is 31,000, sir, recently. Last year,
26,000. Okay. This year, 31,000 per annum. Per annum. Two years, 62,000. That's all. Okay. Are we
providing any installment for this, sir? If there are no installments, then we can. College management is
somewhat very good management. They give permission. As per the consideration?

to give to current youth? Any profession, if they select, they have to do something. Commitment should be
there. If they waste time for all the facilities like internet, cell phone, newspaper, they are all very good. But
they are misusing that one. Internet is there. They are misusing things like films or some other.

So if they use these facilities in proper way, definitely they will develop. You are saying they need to use in a
proper way. Yes. Whatever it's a new technology. New technology like cell phone, internet, friends, whoever
that may be. If they use them in a proper way, they will develop. If they use them in a wrong way, they cannot
