Mr. S.V.VaraPrasad working as Director-Academic in Aradhana College Of Education since 16 Years.

Previously he has worked as lecturer in Challapalli Krishna College and Sindhu Junior & Degree
colleges. He has accomplished M.A (Tel) , M.A (Social), M.Ed from Nagarjuna University, Guntur.

He has trained 1600 over B.ed Students in his career. He has 20 years of experience in Teaching field.

1. What factors make the programs of your college a best choice for students?

Our College located very near to city and we have a good faculty, those who are well qualified and
those who have double PG's with net program and doctorates are there. So, it is very useful to the
students and we are providing PMS facility also.

For Those who has ambition of teacher and those who are below poverty it is a good and best
college to the entire Telangana. When we observe the previous results we have the 100% results in
previous years. We have established in 2002 in 11 years of our experience, we have 100% results in
our college That is the best thing we have.

In Telangana there is 140 colleges, we are in the top 4th place in Telangana Osmania Affiliated
colleges. So, our college is the best choice to take admission for B.Ed course. Our organization is
recognized by the NCTE and affiliated to Osmania University. We do have Intake is 100 with 2 units.
One unit contains of 50 students.

We do follow the norms and standards of NCTE as well as the Osmania University.

2. Could you provide an overview of the facilities available to the students ?

A. Good infrastructure and good laboratory facility is there for every department, we have health
center, we have separate girls waiting room.

And for girls, we care very well for every minute and we will observe them every minute. And we are
providing all the facility to the games and sports activities. We have psychology lab, curricula lab,
library facilities, social science lab, We are provinding all the facilities which is important to the
student's career.

From nearest PS stations, “she teams” will come and give the guidance to the ladies on how to
behave in the society and as well as how to motivate the others of your society.
In a new building of 30,000 SFT along with all facilities We are happy to introduce Aradhana College
as the best college to the students in all aspects.

3. What career options are available for students after pursuing courses from

your college?

A. Actually for B.Ed program is purely belongs to teacher education and it is useful to change the
society. Those who want to change the society as well as our career also, it is good choice for
everyone. Nowadays most of the girl candidates showing interest to do jobs in teaching sector so I
believe teaching sector is better choice to them , we do encourage them for women empowerment.
Those who have done the B.Ed program, they are eligible for school assistants called trained
graduate teacher TGT. If you want to teach for higher sections as a school assistant B.Ed program is
mandatory to do.

In contemporary system, there are number of experienced faculties there, but they don't have the
eligibility criteria. So, in my words, the eligibility is different and the efficiency is different. Even
though you have an efficiency in the market or in our professions, the eligibility is the most
important. If they accomplish B.Ed program, it will be useful to them as well as the society also.

4. How does the college encourage students to participate in extracurricular

activities and leadership opportunities?

A. All types of programs, that means essay writing and essay competitions we are conducting
usually. In every event, We will guide them and we will provide the platform to present their
thoughts and build up the careers.

We do celebrate different activities to make them informed about how to live in the society, how the
society is going on, what qualities we have to build up, We will give all types of activities and various
fests in college. Every year we are conducting Freshers day parties and farewell parties and Cultural
festivals

5. Are there career counseling and guidance services available to students to

help them make informed career choices?

A. Yearly, twice we are conducting seminars from the senior faculty. In those seminars, most senior
professionals are giving their counselling to the students It is very useful too. Previously, Mr. Emily
Mozes, he has Emily Academy in Hyderabad. He came to our institution to give his guidance to the
students. We are very thankful to him also.

We are conducting the job fairs also. 150 members got good positions in various international
schools. 94 students got jobs as government teacher Fromm 2002 to 2023. My students are in
various government schools.

We are very thankful to the parents and those who have selected my college for guidance. We are
very thankful to them and we will give our best to the students.

6. What valuable advice would you like to give to the current youth and the
aspiring students to have a prosperous career ahead?

A. I think education is life, not for living. Then, everyone should learn what they want to learn.
Definitely, they will achieve their goals. First, they create their goal and go for a work hard in a
proper way. Definitely, they will reach their goals. I believe that they know everything. As a senior
academician, definitely I will give my guidance to everyone who approaches me. We are very
thankful that good students came here and they got a good position in the society.
