Full of interest and curiosity, I have taken the initiative to apply for this position.

Solution-oriented, structured and excellent communication skills are essential qualities of a customer
service representative, and these are exactly the things I can contribute.

I have more than 2 years of work experience as in various call centers. I have also taken initiative to
coach colleagues to provide better service. I had the opportunity to do this several times in 2 different
companies. I unfortunately was not able to complete my studies at AMS, but was able to study until the
last class.

You indicate that you are looking for an employee who dares to think out-of-the-box and has a sense of
commerce. I learned a lot in both areas during my previous job. There I discovered that everything you
give attention to grows. That goes for people, for projects and for clients. From that mindset, I learned
to inspire colleagues and warm up clients to upsell their marketing subscription. I'm sure I can learn a
tremendous amount within your company. Here I can grow into the professional I aspire to be.
