Evaluator's Comments

Mr. Dharmawan is first contract as a cabin steward on board. He fulfilled his job description accordingly. He is willing to learn and
acquire new experience. Mr. Dharmawan collaborates and supports his colleagues to establish a development path which resulting
to a good working relationship with the team. His supervisor can easily entrust tasks to him with less supervision because he knows
exactly how to follow instruction and gives feedback when needed. Mr. Dharmawan displays dedication, dependability, and reliability.
However, Mr. Dharmawan needs to learn and enhance his knowledge about HESS procedures and company standard. He needs to
be active in giving and sharing ideas to others when he knows it will help for entire team.
Nevertheless, we would like to thank Mr. Dharmawan for his hard work and perseverance that he showed, it’s been pleasure
working with Mr. Dharmawan.
We wish him to have good vacation and much success for the future.
