After reading Republic Act No.

11650, I came out to the thought that each of us must put effort and time
to understand this kind of law. Since, most of our fellow citizen easily discriminate, judge them even the
member of their family and someone with authority. Moreover, sad but it's true that we're lacking a free
space which will enable them to engage in our society as well they couldn't receive the proper rights for
them. A proper comprehension of these objective will enlighten us on what should and shouldn't
implement for them. Aside from having an assess in general education system one of their objectives
that caught my attention is the preparing them in independent living and community life. I agree with
this since they might differ from us but still deserving to live their lives independently without any
judgement from their community. However, introducing of interventions with concern of disorders,
disabilities and abilities of the learners will assist the teachers, guardians, and family members to have
knowledge on what's the proper treatment for their children and appropriate consultative of experts for
them.
