Health-related social determinants:

The circumstances in which people are born, live, learn, work, play, worship, and go about their
daily lives are known as social determinants of health (Fasihi Harandi et al., 2021).

Five social factors influence health are:

• Genetics

• Action

• Environmental

• Health care

• A social component.

Essential component of efficient nursing care:

 Nurses are crucial in ensuring patients' comfort since they are aware of their demands.

 Nurses are crucial in determining a person's general condition of health (Sole et al.,
2020).

 Improving patient experience, safety outcomes, quality, and health literacy are all made
possible in large part by nurses.

 The role of nurses in addressing SDOH and offering efficient, effective care to enhance
the health of people, families, and communities (Sole et al., 2020).
