Lead UX Researcher | Samsung (Contract) May 2023 – Current
 Leading research projects to enhance the experience of Samsung’s Campaigns around Sustainability, post
purchase decisions, Smart Things Application, and overall revamping of the official Samsung website.
 Conducted groundbreaking research that helped ‘Samsung’s VP of CRM’ take strategic decisions on official
Samsung Website in Samsung’s Sustainability Campaign and for the Samsung’s Smart Things application.
 Planning and leading research studies, conducting usability tests, heuristic evaluations amongst other strategic
learning plans to deliver clear actionable work and to gain rich consumer experience.

UX Researcher | Meta (Contract) Nov 2022 – March 2023


 Led User Studies, diary studies and literature reviews in the Marketplace UX Researchers team to tackle problem
areas surrounding the Marketplace App.
 Lead a User Study for finding timely solutions to the product problems currently faced at the Facebook
Marketplace’s Listings team.
 Designed studies, collaborated with cross function XFNs such as legal, design and data scientists to solve the
product facing key problems.
 Caused a breakthrough with the Integrity team in solving a key integrity insight by finding discrepancies in the
messaging journey at Facebook Messenger App.

 Conducted Rapid Research Studies to improve the user experience of internal Google’s products by leading
independent studies on multiple products.

Lead UX Researcher | Cognizant Technology Solutions Feb 2021 - May 2022


 Worked for two clients, Emblem Health (EH), and Google. At EH, provided optimal design solutions by recreating
wireframe designs using Figma and dealing with clients on the branding guidelines, while solving more than 40%
of the issues.
 At Google, lead user research, on their platform- “Google Cloud Hub Seismic”; finalizing the target users,
recruitment process, and research tools to meet the end goal of the study.
 Single-handedly designing a research study to pinpoint various personas’ struggles to interact with the product
on a day-to-day basis by understanding their roles.
 Conducted moderated user interviews and generated valuable research insights which were translated and
presented insights to clients using visual storytelling.
