STATE POLYTECHNIC, ITAKPE CAMPUS

AND

MR AKANDE AYOADE ALABI

(APICULTURE CONSULTANT)

This memorandum of understanding will be made in 2023 between School of Agricultural Technology,

Kogi State Polytechnic Itakpe Campus, a State Government own institution established by statute with

head office at Okene-Lokoja Road, Felele, Lokoja and Mr Akande Ayoade Alabi, CEO of Jorafarms, a

beekeeper and a consultant that renders apicultural services and base in FCT-Abuja.

PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT

The purpose of this agreement is to establish the outstanding payment owed by the School of

Agricultural Technology to the consultant and also state the conditions of payment of outstanding and

when it will be paid.

As earlier negotiated and agreed upon, a consultancy charge of one hundred and thirty thousand naira

only (N130,000) was charged by the consultant part of which the payment of sum of sixty thousand

naira only (N60,000) was made as part payment.

The outstanding balance to the tone of seventy thousand naira only (N70,000) has been agreed upon by

both parties to be paid to the consultant upon harvest sale of the honey.

In WITNESS WHEREOF the parties have caused of this agreement to be executed on the day and year

above written and sign by the Dean on behalf of School of Agricultural Technology Kogi State

Polytechnic, Itakpe Campus.
