SAFE DRIVING TO YOUTH IN THE JANUARY 22, 2022
BRGY.

Description :
 The Sangguniang Kabataan of barangay Samberen conducted a program in promoting safe driving to decrease
injuries and reduce crashes.

Objectives:
 Prevent teen driving accidents.
 Suggest in increasing seat belt and helmet use, reducing teen’s access to alcohol, and increasing focus on
parental responsibility.

Accomplishment/Highlights:
 The youth gain knowledge about safe driving.
 Participants encourage to enroll driver’s lesson to gain driving skills under low risk conditions.
Key issues: Key Action:
 Limited number of participants because  Disposable Face mask and Hand sanitizer was given to
of the pandemic we are facing the children and observed the social distancing
protocols

Lesson Learned:
 Parents need to talk to their kids early and often about safe driving.

CLEAN UP DRIVE FEBRUARY 19 , 2022

Description :
 The Sangguniang Kabataan conducted the clean up drive to help enhance the capabilities of the community to
achieve or practice the conduct in waste management and recycling industry.

Objectives:
 Aims to raise environmental awareness in the community.
 Promote waste reduction, recycling and reuse
 Improve outdoor recreational activities of the community.

Accomplishment/Highlights:
 The youth participated in clean up drive activity.

Key issues: Key Action:

 Limited number of participants because  Disposable Face mask and Hand sanitizer was given to

Lesson Learned:
 This activity helps a lot to set one’s mind on well-being of future generation.
