TU Fish ( Preferably TUNA ) HALF-Plate “Xorta”
WE Beans or Chickpeas ( Simple ) Salad + Scrambled Eggs + Broccoli

Leftover from previous day


TH Chicken ( All Parts, incl. Breast ) (same) in smaller quantity
FR Pasta Broccoli + Salad + [ Any chicken
left from previous day ]
SAT Scrambled Eggs or Sabji Μπριζόλα + Salad + Broccoli + Nuts

SU Vegetable Soup ( Paneer, Peas….) Spanakopita

NOTE : Dark Hot Chocolate must be prepared TWICE a day ONLY.
